Responsibilities:
- Conduct telemarketing and inside sales activities to generate leads and close sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and maintain accurate records
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with business development strategies and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
