We are currently seeking a qualified Project Controller II to work on leading edge technology products. DESCRIPTION – Our client is seeking a Project Controller to join their team full-time. They will be responsible for tactical and/or operational planning of ad_hoc spare, RSPL within the Civil department. Follow-up and plan monthly deadlines, manage and/or support the lead-time, the cost, selling prices, and timely delivery to the customer.
Responsibilities
- Provide pricing/quotations to customer related to AD HOC and Spares
- Develop schedules according to requirements and in concert with standard planning practices
- Receive, from Customers/GL priorities and ensures planning is aligned with priorities
- Communicate regularly with customers and key personnel (internal and external to customer service) to obtain critical information to support customer requirements and needs
- Analyse information to define and resolve problems pertaining to spares management
- Ensures all costs/prices and schedules provided to customers are maintained and accurate
- Highlight cost discrepancies to his/her GL based on initial estimates and actuals
- Expedite and follow up on all Ad-Hoc, Spares
- Escalate items that will not meet Service Agreements and customer requirements
- Update information in databases according to the plan/revised plan
- Participate and support special projects related to improvement initiatives
- Support all customer related Ad-hoc & Spares related Aircraft On Ground (AOG) Request
- Work with logistics team to ensure proper paperwork is used for all applicable shipments
Must Haves
- Bilingualism in both French and English is required (written and spoken)
- Great analytical skills (ex: excel, computer handling)
- Good understanding of financial concepts
- Autonomous, ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimum guidance and supervision
- Great communication skills
- Proficiency with PowerBI - nice to have
