KEY OBJECTIVES
- Maintenance of timesheets in MS Excel and M2M (Altrad’s proprietary system)
- Daily time entry and LEMs for client approval
- Manage personnel roster (potential to go up to 800 at peak) in Altrad’s rostering system
- Assist with document control and data archiving
- Assist with reporting and documentation
- Provide administrative support to the project team
- Support the Project Controls function as instructed by the Project Controls Manager
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum three years of proven experience in a similar project coordination role
- Newly graduated from an accredited technical training program is considered an asset
- Preferably progressively working towards a PMP designation
- Sound knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry particular within a project environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize your workload utilizing effective time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships within a diverse team
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (with a focus on Excel)s and SharePoint
- Ability to work on a 14/7 or 20/8 fly in/fly out rotation
