About The Role:
Job title: Project Coordinator Position: Contract to part time Rate: $18/hour
Availability Requirements: A minimum of 10 hours of availability during business hours weekly is required for this role. Any additional hours are at your own discretion but are mandatory to meet project deadlines and maintain client satisfaction.
Cherry Creative Group is on the lookout for a diligent and organized Projects Coordinator to play a crucial role in our operational and project management processes. This role is essential in managing our internal workflows, contractor and partner coordination, and ensuring our client projects are executed flawlessly. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our operations, supporting our Accounts Managers and Brand Strategists in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
As a Project Coordinator with Cherry Creative Group, you will be immersed in the core of our project execution strategies, requiring a high level of organizational skill, proficiency in digital platforms, and a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the seamless flow of our projects from inception to delivery, making you a key player in our commitment to innovation and excellence in client service. We will need you to review the work of our team members and approve it before it gets presented to the client so a background in Marketing is very useful.
About the Duties and Responsibilities:
Project and Team Coordination:
- ● Directly report to and communicate with the Accounts Manager and Brand Strategist onproject deadlines, contractor management, and the status of deliverables.
- ● Maintain effective communication with team leads, ensuring project milestones are metand deliverables align with client expectations.
- ● Translate strategic directives from the Accounts Manager and Brand Strategist intoactionable plans for the production team.
- ● Participate in digital communication platforms like Google Chat for seamlesscoordination between Accounts Managers, Production Team Leads, and clients.
Administrative and Operational Support:
- ● Manage and update the company CRM on ClickUp with client information, ensuringdigital assets are well-organized and current.
- ● Oversee project timelines and internal scheduling to ensure operational efficiency andtimely delivery of services.
- ● Conduct budget management tasks with a focus on accuracy and adherence to financialguidelines.
- ● Support with the initial implementation of CRM systems including Tracking and reporting,digital asset management folders, SOPs, and team management.Client Engagement and Satisfaction:
- ● Assist in the preparation and dispatch of monthly client tracking and reporting, under theguidance of the Accounts Manager, to foster client engagement and identify upsellingopportunities.
- ● Support the development of strong client relationships through diligent follow-up andexceptional service delivery.
- ● Support any ongoing client communications directed by the Accounts Manager onGoogleChat and Gmail
- About the Qualifications and Skills you will need:Educational Background:
- ● A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant certifications in project management or operational efficiency are advantageous.

- Professional Experience:
● Demonstrated experience in an operational, administrative, or project coordination role,preferably within a creative, marketing, or digital agency setting.Technical Skills:
- ● High proficiency in CRM tools, especially ClickUp, and familiarity with projectmanagement methodologies.
- Marketing Experience is preferred, knowledge of graphic design, social media management, branding etc
- ● Experience with digital platforms such as Google Sheets, Docs, and other projectmanagement tools is essential.
- ● Experience with branding, websites, and social media management to be able to deliverfeedback to the team upon receiving work.Analytical and Organizational Skills:
- ● Strong capability in managing multiple projects and priorities efficiently, with a keen eyefor detail in project tracking and reporting.
- ● Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze project data and improve operational workflows.
Communication and Collaboration:
- ● Outstanding communication skills, crucial for coordinating with team leads, contractors,and partners.
- ● Ability to support strategic planning and contribute to a collaborative team environment.Personal Attributes:
