Project Director

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ICI Project Director to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction operations, with extensive experience in managing multiple ICI projects at a senior level. As the Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects, leading and mentoring mid-sized teams, and ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple ICI construction projects from inception to completion.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
• Effectively manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration among team members and subcontractors.
• Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and disruptions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in the construction industry to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
