Project Manager, After Sales

As Project manager for after sales, you will have a broad role taking care of the customer needs after delivery. There are two focus areas for the role as the customer may require support during the warranty period and/or may need to procure spare parts during the motor lifetime. Reporting to the Project Operations Manager, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the customer request.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate our teams within Engineering and Production when examining warranty cases and respond efficiently to the customers.
• Establish a strong and long-lasting relationship with the existing Customers in the assigned area and be the facilitator between ABB and Customers to resolve critical situations.
• Ensure that the project follows execution best practices and ABB policies. Effectively monitor and control project progress and efficient resource utilization.
• Lead the entire spare part sales process from the first contact with the customer, understanding their need, creating the offer, coordinate the purchasing and the production team and make sure we deliver promptly.
• Perform Root cause analysis to understand the issue and to identify upcoming activities.

Your background

• At least 3-5 years of experience within technical project management or project management for industrial projects or 3-5 years of experience within electrical or mechanical engineering
• Experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors
• Relevant Microsoft tools for project management
• Have strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Swedish
• Strong administrative skills
• Knowledge of electrical machines and or traction motors are strongly beneficial
• You are solution-focused, collaborative and openminded
