Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Track project budget and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
- Apply project management methodology and best practices to drive project success
- Utilize tools such as Quickbooks, Monday, Google, etc. to support project coordination
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using project management tools and software
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Prior experience in Nunavut a plus
