Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at our direct client. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and allocate resources effectively.
• Coordinate project team activities, including assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Identify and mitigate project risks by implementing appropriate risk management strategies.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, identify obstacles, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within specified timelines.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging open communication and constructive feedback.
• Evaluate project performance using key metrics and prepare reports for management review.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 10 years in project management roles.
• Project Management experience on ERP projects (SAP, Oracle, etc) is a huge plus
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
