Project Manager
Adecco is currently recruiting for a Project Manager. This opportunity is a 12-month Remote Contract. This role is with our government client. The successful candidate must be eligible for a Secret Security Clearance.
The Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Leads others and directs all phases of assigned HR transformation Program

• Handles large scale complex projects in support of the business' goals and objectives;

• Keep Span of control extends across organizations;

• Oversight, and management responsibility (including performance management & reporting) for a portfolio of medium to large projects;

• Identifies key collaborator project specific objectives and requirements;

• Ensures assigned individuals are carrying out the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan;

• Ensures regulatory parameters in support of domestic and international projects are compliant with local, state, federal and international governmental agencies.

• Works closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned workstream leads to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, schedule, budget for assigned project(s).

• Has effective control, leadership and responsibility for the delivery of the program/ project - including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business value.

• Defines and executes program/ project governance to ensure appropriate controls and visibility;

• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program/ project status throughout its life cycle;

• Provides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans.

• Provides assessment of team performance to appropriate management;

• Consults with executive leadership and integrates organizational strategy and company initiatives to develop project deliverables;

• Actively participates in the advancement of Portfolio, Program & Project Management best practices and standards within the Corporate Process Excellence organization.

The Project Manager  must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree and/or 3 years’ experience in aviation project management

• Must have 10+ years of experience in Project Management and PMO related work;

• Must have experience in various Project Management and Delivery Methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, etc.);

• Must have Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or related certification

• Must be willing to travel within Canada and US

• 5+ years of experience in implementing programs related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), HR Information Systems (HRIS), Data & Analytics would be an asset;

• Experience in Portfolio Project Management and Application Development Life Cycle Management tools would be an asset;
