Job Description

AECOM Kitchener is hiring a Project Manager for their transportation/ bridge group.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manages one or more very complex project, involving a combination of the following:

  • Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR,

  • Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; OR,

  • Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.

  • Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).

  • Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.

  • Manages other Project Managers.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant engineering field (civil, structural, construction) + 4 years experience in managing transportation projects

  • PEng or eligible

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP

  • Ideally 10+ years experience in managing transportation projects (bridge)

  • Ideally 4+ experience managing bridge projects

  • Exposure to highway projects is an asset

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Additional Information

  • Sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization is not available for this position.

  • Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. Salary range for this position is: $90,000 - $125,000 .
