  • Participate and support projects and promote understanding of business cases and outcomes.

  • Ensure project management deliverables are prepared and available in the system.

  • Plan the roadmap for the business cycle including identifying and defining the plan for improvements.

  • Attend and facilitate program and project review meetings with participants and interested parties.

  • Prepare process and procedure documentation and adapt practices to corporate guidelines.

 
 
 
Qualifications
  • Enrolled in a 3rd year diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Project Management and strategic planning with a focus on engagement and marketing will be considered an asset.

  • Technical writing/editing as well as the ability to ensure consistent visual identity will also be an asset.

  • Success in this position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a high degree of customer focus, strong research and problem-solving skills and the ability to work well both in a team and independently.

Pre-Employment Requirements
  • Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2024.
  • If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).

Compensation: $27.16 per hour
Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week
