Housing Alternatives Inc. is a private, non-profit organization that provides development and management services to both Housing Co-operatives and Non-Profit Housing Organizations in South Western New Brunswick.

- Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge and apartment repair skills (minor plumbing repairs, drywall, painting, cleaning)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, staff, and contractors
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems
- Basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting electrical systems
- Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate the work of others
- Valid Class 5 New Brunswick Drivers License required and reliable vehicle preferred
- Clear Criminal Record Check required
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required
