What does a Proposal Writer do?
-Define proposal concepts by identifying opportunities and needs.
-Collaborate with sales and subject matter experts for a strategic and persuasive approach.
-Gather proposal information, manage submissions, and address associated risks.
-Create high-quality, customized responses, and proofread for accuracy.
-Ensure proposal deadlines are met by establishing priorities and schedules.
-Report issues to managers promptly.
-Maintain quality standards and proposal support databases.
-Enhance proposal writing processes and material while maintaining a response library for future reference.
-Organize and manage electronic files in the company's platform and CRM.
 
Required Qualifications:
-3+ years RFP writing or corporate communications experience.
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
-Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Highly organized, self-directed.
-Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills.
-Collaborative team player.
-Deadline-driven in a fast-paced environment.
-Bilingualism is a plus.
