Busy real estate agent is looking for an unlicensed Assistant to provide general administrative support and online marketing in social media. This position requires strong interpersonal skills. Strong written and oral communication skills in English, as well as exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Job Summary:
- Showcase your video editing prowess by producing high-quality, visually stunning content that captures attention and drives engagement.
- Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand.
- Maintain and manage our social media presence across various platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Keeping track of client database
- Responding to clients under direction of agent
- Booking appointments
- Submission of paperwork to the office
- Other duties as requested
Qualifications
- Proficiency in many social media platforms
- Good at creating videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Computer knowledge
- Good typing skills
- Marketing Design skills (to create online ads and posts)
- Knowledge of Social Media and online marketing (ability to do online ads & posts)
- Real Estate Experience is a plus but not required (will train)
- Prior experience in real estate is a plus, but not required. We're willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates passion and aptitude for the role.
