Leduc Regional Housing Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual for a Part Time Day Housekeeper position (56 hours/bi-weekly on a rotating schedule), for our Seniors Lodge in Leduc, AB. Reporting to the Assistant Lodge Manager, the Day Housekeeper will be responsible for delivering the housekeeping and laundry services for the lodge and ensure the well-being of the residents with minimum supervision. As a member of the Leduc Regional Housing Foundation team, the Day Housekeeper ensures that a high standard of services is provided to the residents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Housekeeping experience in institution/hospitality industries.
2. Formal education in the area of housekeeping would be beneficial.
3. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal is required.
4. Strong customer service skill including the ability to interact with everyone in a respectful
manner.
5. Ability to work independently, as well as a team.
6. Ability to perform work duties with a minimum of supervision.
7. Ability to work a flexible schedule (evenings and weekends)
8. Standard First Aid Certificate and W.H.M.I.S. training.
9. Satisfactory Criminal Records Check including Vulnerable Sector Check.
10. Experience working with and meeting the needs of seniors.
