Purchaser/Buyer

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Buyer to join our team. As a Buyer, you will be responsible for procuring materials, managing vendors, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. Responsibilities: - Source and procure materials needed for production - Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities - Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing - Collaborate with internal teams to determine material requirements - Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders as needed - Coordinate with suppliers to track order status and resolve any issues or delays - Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to manage procurement activities - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information - Continuously evaluate market trends and identify potential cost-saving opportunities - Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) - Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role - Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain operations - Familiarity with MRP systems and inventory management software - Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and pricing - Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate supplier performance and market trends - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers - Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Join our team as a Buyer and contribute to the success of our supply chain operations.
