We are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator for our client located in Pointe-Claire. The candidate will work in a fast-growing manufacturing environment,
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager :
- Perform data entry of internal requisitions received by the Purchasing Department;
- Enter data on items consumed at the start of a project;
- Compile requisitions received and Kan-Ban cards into supplier orders (quantity, cost, delivery date, etc.);
- Follow up more complex orders with overseas suppliers;
- Coordinate stock returns to suppliers.

Vocational diploma (DEP) or college diploma (DEC) in a related field;
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position (asset);
- Bilingualism (French/English). Important to understand/speak English with certain suppliers;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook);
- Previous experience of working with an ERP system (Genius system - an asset).
Salary: 50000 to 58000 according to profile and experience

Vacation weeks: 2 to 3 weeks depending on experience
Working hours: 40h
PROCESS: Initial interview with Anissa El Farh, Fed's logistics recruitment consultant - followed by a telephone interview with the Human Resources Director and a meeting with the Purchasing Director.
