We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic personnel to join our distribution team as a Purchasing specialist. Experience in the aesthetic industry is an asset but not necessary.
The following are the main duties;
Maintain vendor relationships to meet supply needs.
Purchase at the best possible price to maximize the best pricing for our customers and medical aesthetic and equipment supplies costs as low as possible.
Purchase a variety of aesthetic products from reputable suppliers to support uninterrupted operation and resolve shipping, receiving, and return issues.
Obtain product pricing, shipping, and delivery information.
Practice proper product control and handling of all inventories.
Assess the requirements of the business and develop the specification of equipment and products to be purchased.
Maintain quality standards, process claims and manage commercial disputes with suppliers.
Establish logistics of delivery schedules, monitor progress, and contact customers and suppliers to resolve problems.
