Over three years, our Future Leaders graduate program will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. You’ll have three stretching rotations within Consumer Healthcare Quality and Supply Chain.

Your first rotation will be within Quality and Supply Chain division located at the Saint Laurent Montreal, Quebec Canada based site.

You’ll take on business-critical roles that offer amazing insights into our end-to-end supply chain. You’ll learn about the synergies and challenges that come with delivering optimum value to the business and the customer.

Meanwhile, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to network with senior leaders and graduates along with bespoke training programs to aid your development.

What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?

Gain awareness and understanding of the multiple functions and steps involved in an end-to-end supply chain, while learning about the synergies and challenges faced when seeking to deliver optimum value to the business and the customer
Be involved in ensuring GSK makes the right products and delivers them to the right place at the right time

To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:
Education required: BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, IT Systems, or any engineering or science discipline with a strong business focus/interest. Graduation by Spring/Summer 2022. Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher.

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in your native language and English

Other requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization. Applicant must NOT require future sponsorship for an employment visa status
Location mobility and willingness to relocate domestically and potentially internationally
