Program Manager, Supply Chain Engagement

ABOUT THIS TEAM
The Product Engagement and Operations team at lululemon supports in building and executing events, activations, communications, and operational support across the Product organization to enable and drive internal engagement. The team works cross-functionally across various business units and key stakeholders to produce engagement and communication strategies that inform, inspire, and connect our global teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for researching, building and executing internal communications and engagement strategies to inform and unite our cross-functional Supply Chain teams around the globe
You will drive the planning, execution and evolution of these strategies across multiple channels and formats, working in close collaboration and thought-partnership with internal stakeholders across the organization
You will build relationships and nuanced understanding of upstream Supply Chain team needs and engagement opportunities, and make strategic recommendations based on this
You manage and measure Supply Chain engagement analytics to drive and support an evolving, ongoing and data-driven strategy
You will pioneer new, best in industry communications and engagement strategies to support the lululemon 5-year growth plan
You create and deliver centralized communication to our upstream Supply Chain team. Key content includes: relevant team/role updates across all functions, Supply Chain specific business updates, team learnings, leadership updates, culture/connection/people celebration, org changes, event surveying, data and analytics
You manage and deliver communication strategies for key projects/initiatives
You drive and execute events to drive Supply Chain engagement, in partnership with the Events team
You understand change management importance and can effectively communicate change through clear and informative communications and visual content
You will introduce and execute an internal engagement strategy for our upstream Supply Chain teams, and work closely with cross-functional team members to drive in-office engagement for these teams
You will develop and produce high-quality written communication in the form of key messaging, speaking points, and other content
You manage relationships with other communications content owners in the business to continually drive development of best practices, usability, and awareness
You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Product Communications to ensure a seamless strategy is aligned with all departmental key deliverables
You are on the pulse of what other brands/industries are doing in the communications & internal engagement space
QUALIFICATIONS
· Degree in communications or related field required
· Additional experience/education in operations/project management preferred
· You have a minimum of 5 years of diverse, multi-channel communications or engagement experience, ideally within medium/large corporate organizations
· You have experience leading and strategizing internal communications and have a passion for employee experience and engagement
· You are a strategic leader with strong writing skills above all, along with a healthy balance of visual communication and speaking skills
· You are a constant and curious learner; passionate to evolve and to lead best-in-class communications practices
· You know InDesign or alternative tools to produce beautiful visuals
· You take an innovative approach to communications leveraging technology and digital
tools to serve specific audience needs
· You are adept at calmly and effectively managing complex, fast-moving and unexpected communications within tight timelines
· You love connecting with others and have a proven ability to work within and lead a team
· Technical, corporate writing capabilities
· Experience in communications, content strategy building, and execution
