Responsibilities and Duties
- Brokerload and input MLS listings, process new listing documents (price changes, extensions, etc.), prepare offers, amendments, waivers and other related forms and documents
- Must be able to work independently and proactively to improve systems, processes, and team efficiency
- Maintain the client database to make sure that the sales team can access current information on new leads
- Be able to assist when agents have questions about our systems
- Consistently update our tracking and update systems
- General administrative duties such as creating emails and correspondence, filing, scanning, data entry, managing phone calls, Team and client schedules
- Organize and maintain filing systems, archives, and electronic files
- Coordinate and assist with client events and staff meetings
- Prepare, coordinate and deliver all necessary items to ensure our listings are ready for showings (Feature sheets, internal showing signs, marketing, etc.)
- Please note this is a work-from-home job, but you will be expected to attend quarterly team meetings and other team events.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Real Estate Administrator is required
- Experience with online property portals is required (TRREB, Docusign, WEBforms, Realtorlink, GEO, MPAC, etc.)
- Holding an active license with TRREB is an asset
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Gsuite
- Experience using CRM software and services
- References will be required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
