Real Estate Asset Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Asset Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Asset Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the performance and value of our Real Estate portfolio through strategic planning, financial analysis, and effective management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Real Estate markets, and the ability to develop and execute asset management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Analysis and Strategy:

• Conduct thorough analysis of the Real Estate portfolio, considering market trends, property performance, and financial metrics.
• Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to optimize returns and achieve investment objectives.
• Collaborate with investment teams to align asset management strategies with overall investment goals.

Financial Modeling and Reporting:

• Create and maintain detailed financial models for each asset, including cash flow projections, budgeting, and performance metrics.
• Generate regular financial reports and present key findings to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for portfolio enhancement.

Operational Oversight:

• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and maintenance of assets.
• Implement cost-saving measures and operational improvements to enhance asset performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Real Estate Asset management, with a successful track record of optimizing portfolio performance.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including proficiency in Real Estate financial modeling.
• In-depth knowledge of Real Estate markets, industry trends, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to various stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary:

$120,000 + discretionary year end bonus
