Real Estate Paralegal

Hassett & Reid LLP, a busy Airdrie law office, has immediate openings for experienced Real Estate Paralegals!
We are looking for detail-oriented team players who are comfortable with residential Real Estate conveyancing (sales, purchases, refinances).
Familiarity with BC Real Estate is a strong asset, but not required.
Candidate will be responsible for managing assigned files, preparation of transfer/mortgage documents, communication with clients, realtors, law firms, and other service providers, and coordination of transaction closings.
This is not a remote position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $29.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Experience:

• Real Estate Legal Assistant/Paralegal: 2 years (required)
