Position:Reception Desk & Beverage Kiosk

Facility: Golden Eagle Golf Club, 36 Holes, banquet hall and restaurant in Pitt Meadows, BC.

Background: Golden Eagle is looking for an experienced professional to deliver a high level of customer service, hospitality and assistance to our guests and members. Food, Beverage and Golf knowledge is an asset but not mandatory.

Requirements for the successful candidate:

• Legal age to sell alcohol in BC (19+)
• Ability to deliver an extremely high level of customer service and professional telephone manner.
• Always maintains a positive attitude and professional image
• Possess leadership qualities and can work independently
• Multi-tasker who excels in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solver & solution driven.
• Proficient with Microsoft office and telephone operation
• Public speaking and communication with guests

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Conduct daily opening and closing procedures of Reception Desk
• Register guests and take payments for retail items
• Educate customers on policies, programs and facility offerings
• Maintaining a clean workspace and uniform
• Act as a key liaison between the golf club and our members/guests
• Communication with front line staff relating to pace of play and tee sheet management
• Administrative duties, office supply inventory, maintain stock of sales items, filing, printing etc.
• Support sales team with inside sales and social media campaigns
• Operation of Lightspeed Point of Sale system and Moneris payment processors
• Operation of first tee kiosks available but not mandatory

Compensation:

• $16.75 to $18 per hour + sales commissions + tips
• Full & Part-Time Seasonal hours available (March – October)
• Access to 3 Golf Courses (Golden Eagle North, South and The Falls Golf Club)
• 50% off Food when on shift

Salary: $16.75-$18.00 per hour
