We’re on the lookout for a friendly and detail-oriented Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our clinic in Nanaimo. This role is key to managing our front desk, from fielding phone calls and greeting patients to handling patient registrations. If you’re someone who thrives on organization, has a knack for clear communication, and enjoys making every patient's visit a positive experience, we’d love to meet you.

Who You Are

• Proficient in basic computer use, eager to master new software.
• Fascinated by the aesthetics industry, including surgical and non-surgical enhancements.
• Keen to learn about skincare products.
• Passionate about delivering stellar customer service.
• Organized, focused, and possess great interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative team member who can keep pace with a dynamic environment.

Your Role

• Answer and route phone calls
• Welcome patients and visitors
• Register patients upon their arrival
• Schedule appointments efficiently
• Manage and organize patient records
• Undertake administrative tasks as needed

We’re Looking For

• Exceptional communication and people skills
• An eye for detail
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a lively setting
• Basic computer proficiency
• Previous experience in a medical office would be great, but not a must

Compensation/Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $25-$36 per hour, based on your skills and experience.
