Reception: Answer calls, dispatch calls to Techs. Forward any calls to office staff. Record calls on Excel sheet. Mondays let answering service know who is on-call for the week. Confirm with Techs the evenings they are on. Let answering service know on the Friday you work who is on schedule for the weekend. A weekly report must be prepared for repetitive buildings.
Payables: Print invoices from email before entering. Match Packing slips with invoices. Enter Invoices. Prepare and run cheques bi-weekly. Deal with Vendors. Print off vendor statements and check to see we are not missing invoices. Tickets to be filed weekly. Payables to be filed.
Go to the bank weekly. Must have a car to drive to bank. Bi-weekly on-call to be completed on Wednesday for the payroll person.
Looking for someone with Word and Excel experience. This is a must. Someone who has years of experience working on Quickbook's Desktop Pro.
Applicants that do not have Quickbook's or excel experience will not be considered.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
