As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
```Responsibilities```
- Oversee and manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries
- Perform various administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Supervise and provide guidance to office clerks and support staff
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when required

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to supervise and delegate tasks to support staff
- Knowledge of basic administrative procedures and practices
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
