Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

As an integral member of our team, the Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of tasks to support clinicians and patients. The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills and be able to multitask while maintaining a professional demeanour. Experience in health care and insurance billing will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities will include:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and gather relevant patient information
- Book appointments into an online scheduling system using the appropriate process for differing treatments and patients.

-Daily insurance billing
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and faxing reports.
- Light cleaning and laundry
