Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist/Bookkeeper to join our Denturist clinic. As a blended position, you will be responsible for Customer Service at Reception, and maintaining accurate financial records, performing account reconciliations and payroll related tasks. The ideal Bilingual candidate will have experience with various technology, computer programs including accounting systems, and possess strong organizational and people skills
Duties:
-Answer phones, e-mails, faxes, schedule patients, process financial transactions, handle Insurance forms, maintain patient charts
-Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions and performing account and bank reconciliations
-Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
-Handle payroll processing, including remittances
-Clinic cleaning duties including equipment sterilization
-Assist with manufacturing process
-All other related office duties
Experience:
- 7+ years experience as a Receptionist/Bookkeeper or similar role
- Knowledge of manual accounting/ accounting software.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English
- Familiarity with payroll processing and related tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
