Receptionist/Service Coordinator

Responsibilities
· Professional customer service.
· Answer Phones.
· Administrative support as required.
· Contact clients to schedule appointments.
· Use internal systems to create work orders and assign technicians.
· Follow up with clients to provide inspection reports and deficiency quotes.
· Process completed paperwork.
Skills Required
· Good organizational skills will be needed for scheduling multiple technicians.
· Knowledge of the fire alarm and sprinkler suppression industry an asset.
· Able to communicate to clients and technicians on the phone often.
· Personable and outgoing personality.
· Ability to work on a team.
· Take directions from and help various team members.
· Participate in sales meetings and strategies.
· Experienced in Microsoft office along with standard software.

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
