The Position: This position is for a Customer Service Receptionist / Appointment Coordinator.

Ideal candidates do not require previous automotive or RV service advising experience; however, demonstrating the ability to provide a superior Customer Service experience is a must.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Delivering a high level of Customer Service
- Promptly respond to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
- Utilizing the computer system to look up the repair orders, parts, and appointments
- Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude
- Work effectively as part of the team
- Schedule client appointments
- Inventory control
- General office clerical tasks
- Interact and respond with clients on the progress of their vehicle / RV, based on how the client wants to be informed (text, email, phone, etc.)
- Work well in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail
- Learning about the fabulous world of RVing
Experience Required:
Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
Proficient Communication Skills In Both Verbal & Written
