Customer Service Receptionist / Appointment Coordinator

Namao Auto & RV Repair has a strong and committed team that is looking to expand. With over 50 years in the Automotive & RV Repair Industry, this successful family owned and operated business has been proudly servicing the Namao and Edmonton area.

The Position: This position is for a Customer Service Receptionist / Appointment Coordinator.

Ideal candidates do not require previous automotive or RV service advising experience; however, demonstrating the ability to provide a superior Customer Service experience is a must.

Responsibilities of this position include:

• Delivering a high level of Customer Service
• Promptly respond to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
• Utilizing the computer system to look up the repair orders, parts, and appointments
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude
• Work effectively as part of the team
• Schedule client appointments
• Inventory control
• General office clerical tasks
• Interact and respond with clients on the progress of their vehicle / RV, based on how the client wants to be informed (text, email, phone, etc.)
• Work well in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail
• Learning about the fabulous world of RVing

Experience Required:

Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)

Proficient Communication Skills In Both Verbal & Written

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
