Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting customers, managing appointments and work orders.
- Handling truck sign-ins, ensuring accurate work order details.
- Coordinating with sales and technical teams to streamline customer experience.
- Managing customer invoicing and payments, including processing credit card payments and sending pay links.
- Finalizing and closing completed Work Orders and ensuring that required documentation is attached.
- Managing shipments, labeling, and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Overseeing office cleanliness and office supply stock levels.
- Assisting in various administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and printing.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and office management software is an asset.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $15.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
