The Business Development Center (BDC) has many duties to keep the dealership busy with customers and sets up customers with other staff in the dealership. This is an entry level, forward customer facing position in the dealership that can branch into future opportunities within different departments in the dealership.

What it takes:
Our team is looking for a candidate that is bubbly with a great attitude and is a great multi-tasker. The Business Development Center (BDC) has many duties to keep the dealership busy with customers and sets up customers with other staff in the dealership. This is an entry level, forward customer facing position in the dealership that can branch into future opportunities within different departments in the dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Provide great Customer Service and listening to customer concerns and or requests regarding there vehicle
- Schedule Service Appointments for customers and maintaining a set schedule provided by the Service Manager
- Conducting outbound calls to customers
- Prioritize and asses urgency level
- Work well under stressful conditions which may include the handling of a large volume of incoming calls from customer and scheduling
- Enter data into a variety of computer programs (good typing skills is a plus)
- Excel as the ultimate team-player to encourage strong, productive working relationships
- Be responsible for any other projects as assigned by the supervisor and/or Service Manager
Physical Requiements:
- Short-distance walking
- Long periods of sitting (standing desk is optional)
- Light lifting
