Based out of Calgary, AB and launched in 2016, Camp Reservations Canada (CR.CA Ltd.) is a centralized web-based reservation system that connects campers to locally-owned campgrounds. We are looking to add a star player to our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a passionate problem solver, you will be a key team player of CR.CA in guiding campers and managers to solutions in order to ensure seamless reservations are complete. Providing customer support is part of CR.CA’s foundation, and adding your expertise in the field of client services will be an integral part of our operations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support to traveler & manager inquiries and follow-up provided as needed
- High attention and response rate to client inquiries
- Using a variety of web-based platforms, telephone and computer skills to provide solutions
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Set-up campground profiles
- Provide training to campground managers via Zoom
- Provide demo’s to prospective campgrounds via Zoom
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1+ years experience as a Customer Success Specialist or similar customer support role
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Patience in high-pressure situations
- Open to feedback and willingness to learn
- Strong ability to work independently and on a team
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
- This is a remote-based opportunity with a potential for full time hours beginning ASAP. Hours will range from M-F 9am-5pm and/or Sat/Sun 11am-4pm.
