Mustang Freightways LTD is looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative (CSR). The successful candidate will be responsible for serving customers in person, via email, online, and on the telephone for our Calgary Terminal.
As a Mustang CSR, you will exemplify our brand image as an ambassador, and will provide positive brand experiences to all customers.
The candidate must be available to work Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
As a Full Time CSR you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding shipments and deliveries via phone, live chat, and/or emails
- Live Chat
- Respond to various terminal inquiries
- Contacting shippers
- Notes regarding shortages/overages
- Manage daily terminal performance reports
- Billing support
- Various daily reports
- Assist as needed with monitoring Customer Service and dispatch
- Scanning documents
- Data Entry
- Review strip sheets for inconsistencies
- Act as support coverage as required
- Assist with other duties as required
Mustang Freightways LTD is looking for a positive, energetic individual capable of handling several tasks at once.
Candidates should have:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong Customer Service and troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Able to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and e-mail
- Proven data entry and typing skills
- Professional appearance and manners
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
