Customer Service Representative

Mustang Freightways LTD is looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative (CSR). The successful candidate will be responsible for serving customers in person, via email, online, and on the telephone for our Calgary Terminal.

As a Mustang CSR, you will exemplify our brand image as an ambassador, and will provide positive brand experiences to all customers.

The candidate must be available to work Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

As a Full Time CSR you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries regarding shipments and deliveries via phone, live chat, and/or emails
• Live Chat
• Respond to various terminal inquiries
• Contacting shippers
• Notes regarding shortages/overages
• Manage daily terminal performance reports
• Billing support
• Various daily reports
• Assist as needed with monitoring Customer Service and dispatch
• Scanning documents
• Data Entry
• Review strip sheets for inconsistencies
• Act as support coverage as required
• Assist with other duties as required

Mustang Freightways LTD is looking for a positive, energetic individual capable of handling several tasks at once.

Candidates should have:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong Customer Service and troubleshooting skills
• Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
• Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Able to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
• Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and e-mail
• Proven data entry and typing skills
• Professional appearance and manners
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
