We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution
Skills:
- Mechanical skills considered an asset
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Sales experience is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
