recreational services based on the Resident Care Plan & Service Plan
 Supports the residents in identifying personal leisure barriers
 Follows the Emergency Management Plan, Infection Control protocol, WHMIS,
and Health & Safety
 Assisting with daily life and duties within the Community
 Participates in projects and quality improvement initiatives
 Maintain appropriate levels of certification
 Someone who embodies patient leadership skills, while exemplifying team
player behavioristics
 Professional motivator, coach, and mentor
Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from:

• Must hold valid certification in First Aid and CPR
• Obtain prior to employment, a clear criminal record check with vulnerable

sector check
