```Duties:```
- Assist in planning and implementing recreational activities for residents in an Independent Living Home
- Engage residents in various activities such as games, arts and crafts, exercise programs, and social events
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Help residents with mobility and assist them in participating in activities
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents during recreational activities
```Experience:```
-Education in a Recreation Aide course is preferred.
- Previous experience is preferred
- Knowledge of the needs and challenges faced by seniors in an Independent Living Home
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other staff members
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with seniors
- Strong organizational skills to assist in planning and coordinating recreational activities
