Your Role:
As a Recreation Therapy Worker, you'll be an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, implementing a vibrant Recreation Therapy Program. Your creativity will shine as you execute individual and group programs encompassing arts, cultural events, crafts, sports, music, cooking, gardening, and exercises. Facilitating engaging activities, setting up program spaces, and portering residents to events are all part of your daily impact.
You'll carry the spirit of recreation beyond our facility, organizing and accompanying residents on outings. Ensuring their comfort, safety, and enjoyment, you'll be the key link between the facility and the wider community. Reporting changes or issues promptly, you play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our programs.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

- Grade 12, completion of a recognized recreation course(s) plus two year’s recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Valid class 4 vehicle license required.
