As a Recruiter, you will serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner, owning full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units and geographies in Canada and USA. You will embody the employer brand while utilizing innovative sourcing tactics to build talent pipelines meeting current and future growth hiring demands. Your primary responsibilities will include full cycle recruitment from creating a compelling job posting to negotiating offers in a fast-paced high volume recruitment environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the industrial, utility, or oil and gas industries as a direct employee of the organization.

What You Get to Do:

• Complete full-cycle recruitment including shortlisting, conducting phone screens to assess qualifications and fit for specific roles, interview set-up, and creating and negotiating offers.
• Conduct labour market research and develop unique sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of candidates for future consideration on key roles.
• Facilitate candidate assessments, reference checks, and all other pre-employment conditions.
• Ensure a positive candidate and leader experience through timely communication throughout the process.
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to build relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
• Stay on pulse of latest trends, tools and technologies to enhance results, experience and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Human Resources Degree or Diploma.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience within a large, complex organization.
• Experience with high volume recruitment and project mobilization/ramp up.
