Description
The Registry Services Clerk is responsible for the processing and back-office support of ISCs submissions. Reporting to the Operation Manager, Common Registry Services, other highlights include:
Retrieving and accurate scanning of requested warehouse documents. (This will involve a significant amount of walking, reaching, and lifting boxes of documents off shelves, and working in a warehouse environment.)
Reviewing, and processing of customer requests, including the processing of attached documentation.
Entering, recording, and balancing of funds received, including deposits to accounts.
Indexing Applications paper documents for short term storage.
What you'll need:
A recognized high school diploma at minimum or equivalent.
Excellent customer service skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, adjusting to priorities and demands.
Ability to accurately reference, understand and apply policies, processes, and procedures.
Knowledge of computer software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment.
Knowledge of cash handling and basic accounting principles and procedures.
