The Job:

As an Inbound Warranty Sales Associate, you will interact with customers who have recently purchased an appliance and are looking to add an extended warranty. You’ll be:

  • Answering incoming calls, building rapport, and creating a great customer experience by asking probing questions and actively listening to the customer’s request
  • Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs, and handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
  • Developing relationships with customers, using active listening to empathize, provide solutions and partner with customers on a resolution

What We Offer:

  • 100% Remote position
  • Two weeks of fully paid training
  • An hourly base wage of $16.50 ($16.75 in BC) + bonus
  • Full-time position – 40 hours per week!

You’d be a Great Fit if You:

  • Have 6 months + of experience with sales
  • Have 6 months + experience with customer service
  • Have call center experience
  • Have strong technical aptitude and an ability to learn and navigate new software using multiple platforms at a time
  • Are an exceptional communicator with both verbal and written skills that allow you to communicate ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Have a quiet area free from distractions to work
  • An empathetic person with the ability to relate to various personalities and age groups and foster fast relationships with customers so sales become easy
  • Are a problem solver, using past experiences and your creative brain to craft solutions that make sense for our client and the customer
  • Are eager with a willingness and desire to receive coaching and mentorship
  • Are currently residing and working in the United States

Technical Requirements

  • Windows 10 or 11 computer required
  • 8 GB RAM
  • Minimum Intel I3 processor
  • An Ethernet Cable connected to the modem is required
  • Internet speeds 15Mbs download/5Mbs upload
  • Webcam required for training
  • USB Headset
