Responsibilities:
- Onboard new medical clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of educational programs
- Build and maintain relationships with medical clients
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Welcome and Onboard New Clients via email, and Zoom presentations
- Improve client service experience, engage clients and facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of client issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused toward that mission
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Attend or lead Daily or weekly cross-department team meetings as required
- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Adhere to and manage the approved budget
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Utilize onboarding and project management software to manage client and company consultants' tasks
- Answers clients’ questions, resolves problems, and maintains client satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.
- Maximize client operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice.
- Improves client service quality results by conducting surveys and studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes establishing and communicating service metrics and monitoring and analyzing results.
- Customizing and making school website changes on our website builder.
- Implements production, productivity, quality, and client -service standards.
- Contributes customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Audits client service procedures and trends and determines system improvements.
- Enforces company policies and procedures.
- Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with client
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing or communication
- Previous experience in client managment, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders
- Proven ability to conduct warm calling and effectively promote educational offerings
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
- Some website building skills

Work Hours & Benefits
This is a remote 1099 position and involves one week of unpaid training.
Starting pay is $3,200 per month + performance bonuses. Pay increases to $4,000 per month in 6 months.
Work hours are 40 per week
