The Rental Fleet Supervisor will cover our Barrie territory based out of our Barrie office.

Reporting to the Rental Fleet Manager, the Rental Fleet Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the administrative functions of the rental department. As a key member of the rental team, they are also expected to take a leadership role in driving productivity, performance, and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a managerial role
- Strong decision-making capabilities
- Above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans
- Ability to motivate and lead people
- Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
- Previous performance evaluation experience
- Working knowledge of human resources processes
- Bachelor’s degree (or comparable experience) in business management or related field
OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact with the assigned branches throughout Ontario and Western Canada providing support and guidance on rental projects;
- Schedule and dispatch rental technicians for both in shop and onsite maintenance and repair work;
- Complete rental contracts, for all rental projects – in keeping with Comairco’s standards;
- In concert with the Rental Manager – manage all aspects of the rental business – including but not limited to: safety and compliance, housekeeping, supply requisitions, parts and equipment inventory;
- Liaise with the rental team at our head office for inventory needs, process questions and overall consistency of offerings;
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals;
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve service growth, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives;
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time;
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans;
- Delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values;
- Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those involved;
- Manage monthly safety meeting;
- Other duties as assigned.
