The Role:

We are in need of a Rental Shop Attendant that brings enthusiasm, fun, and a sense of humor to the Rental Department. It’s a tight team, depending upon one another to bring forth excellent customer service and giving the best experience to both guests and fellow workers. You will welcome everyone with a smile, and outfit them with their equipment needs, ensuring the right fit, sizing, and settings for their safety. At the end of the day, you will ensure that the equipment is received back in the condition it left in the morning.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they enter the rental shop in an animated and professional way.
• Ensure that guests accurately complete rental forms
• Find the proper boot fit for each customer to create positive slope experiences
• Provide resort information to the guests
• Check returned rental equipment for damage
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop and proper storage of all equipment
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills
• Must be approachable, dependable and a strong team player
• Must be able to deal with people of various ages
• Experience an asset
