Repair Planner

Fix Auto is looking for a Repair Planner!
As our next Repair Planner, you will be responsible for maintaining a proper balance between the profitability of the company, supporting the collision and restorative repair shop and the achievement of total customer satisfaction.
A day in the Life of a Repair Planner at Fix Auto

• Handle all appraisals, work authorizations, repair orders, supplements and warranties when dealing with the customer, striving to maintain and improve closing ratio for the company.
• Ensure ongoing communication with adjuster, production staff and customers regarding repair status.
• Inspect repairs and meet with customers when picking up the vehicle to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work to resolve any customer concerns or dissatisfaction.
• Maintain complete knowledge and comply with company and departmental policies, procedures and standards.
• Communicate and document repair status to customers and insurance companies.

Our ideal candidate is someone:

• High school or college automotive body repair diploma
• Extensive experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with insurance repair procedures and guidelines
• Strongly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Computer Skills
