Who we are looking for:
The Victoria Inn is searching for a Reservations Agent (approx. 28-32 hours per
week). Successful candidate must be available for AM and PM shifts. As a Reservations Agent,
exceptional organizational abilities and the desire to interact with employees and guests on a
daily basis is required. Only candidates who have a positive customer service attitude will be
considered. Previous experience in a call center or with a switchboard is considered an asset.
What you will learn:
You will learn a full working knowledge of the Skytouch Hotel Software and Daily Guest Room
Operation Procedures. Candidate will attend department meetings as well as professional
development courses and workshops.
Position Summary:
Through the guidance of the Front Desk Manager, support the daily hotel operations by taking
guest reservations while providing superior service. Provide assistance to employees from
other departments, and ensure proper procedures, policies and standards are being followed.
