Residential House Cleaner

We need an efficient and detail-oriented house and reliable cleaner to clean a variety of surfaces and areas in our clients residence. This job needs someone who can do residential, airbnb, commercial and move out cleans. The ideal candidate has excellent time-management and interpersonal skills, is physically capable of performing light and deep cleaning duties, and understands how to use cleaning products and equipment to get the job done right. We are happy to train you.

We have openings for part time/casual. You can build your own schedule, we are very flexible and work around your availability. We serve clients from Sooke to Sidney and everywhere in between, so we can organize a schedule closest to you and surrounding neighbourhoods.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00am - 6:00pm) | Weekend availability is needed for move out and airbnb cleans

Pay is $25/hr and $30/hr for move outs.

I am looking for someone to start casually/a few hours a week and would build up partime

Responsibilities:

• Clean residential homes and occasionally commercial spaces
• Ensure a clean and orderly environment
• Handling all furniture and appliances carefully
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, toilets, showers, tubs, windows, and counters.

• Valid Drivers license
• Reliable vehicle
• Detail Oriented
• Strong Work Ethic
• NO Criminal record
• 1+ year experience as House Cleaner required
• Must be on time/Dependable (always)
• Must be comfortable using text/email for communication
• Must be able to read maps and locate customers homes
• Must be comfortable working in area with animals
• Must be able to work in area with dust and pet hair
• Strong English proficiency is required
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills are required
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds, perform strenuous labor on a consistent basis, and stand and bend for long periods of time
