About us: The Respite Care Centre is an inclusive space that caters to all children and their diverse needs. We specialize in short-term respite relief and support for disabled and Autistic children, youth and young adults. We offer respite day camps, specialized programs in centre and in the community, in home and centre respite care and overnight stays (24/7 care) at our centre located at 190 Church St. in Garson, ON. We are looking for experienced, patient and caring individuals who want to generate a positive change.
- Research, plan for, promote and execute marketing strategies for the upcoming Programs and Events at Respite Care Centre’s (RCC).
- Act as a point of contact regarding programming and Events; answering clients' questions and educate the general public.
- Manage the complete process of an event or program from start to finish (create surveys, planning stage, run the actual event and the post-event evaluation).
- Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure events are delivered efficiently.
- Ensure events and/or programs are in line with RCC’s (RNA) marketing strategy and attract a target audience.
- Research for, plan and create marketing materials (content for social media platforms, newsletters, promotional materials and/or presentations).
- Analyze data and research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive event promotion.
- Collaborate with external marketing consultants as required to ensure event display accurately represents the RCC (RNA) brand.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for audience engagement.
- Negotiate and execute contracts for events.
- Order and track event inventory including supplies, materials, promotional items.
- Provide on-site support during events to capture content and enhance participant experience.
- Promote all Programs and Events hosted by RCC.
- Manage the registration process for all Programs and Events.
- Assist in creating proposals for marketing funding grants.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties, community organizations and the public.

Pay: $30.00 per hour
