Residential Property Manager

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented licensed Residential property Manager . The Residential property Manager will be responsible for building a portfolio of new properties , maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.

```Duties```
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors and vendors
- Oversee the leasing process, including marketing vacancies, conducting screenings, and preparing lease agreements
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of rental payments, expenses, and property maintenance activities
- Perform data entry tasks to update tenant information and property records
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Assist with sales efforts by conducting property tours and promoting available units

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in Residential Property management or a related field preferred
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with vendors and service providers
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong administrative abilities, including organizing documents, managing calendars, and prioritizing tasks
- Exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment to facilitate smooth operations
- Sales experience is a plus for promoting available units and attracting new tenants
- Customer service mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $3,000.00-$3,500.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
